A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CSR (CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE)
As a home services Customer Service Representative, you arrive each day determined to serve the needs of our customers and staff. Without our customer relations, we wouldn't be able to keep our clients informed, educated, and smiling. A CSR's primary responsibilities are to communicate with teammates, notify clients, and schedule appointments with accuracy and efficiency. You quickly build and maintain relationships and effectively demonstrate superb interpersonal skills.
